Best Employers was created by Pure and eras with a simple mission: to help organisations build better workplaces through employee insight, engagement and action.
Over the years, we've worked with hundreds of employers across the region, helping leaders understand what matters most to their people and creating positive change as a result.

The Best Employers Awards Conference 2025 at Newmarket Racecourse brought together leaders across the Eastern Region to celebrate organisations redefining great workplaces.
