We’re working with a growing and commercially focused business looking to appoint a Management Accountant to support the finance team
This is a broad, hands-on role with real exposure to the operational side of the business.

This is a broad, hands-on role with real exposure to the operational side of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Variance analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
- Supporting process improvements and systems development
- Production of Statutory Accounts at year end
- Part-qualified / fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Strong Excel skills and confident working with data
- Commercial mindset with the ability to challenge and influence
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working to deadlines
- Flexible / hybrid working
