My client is seeking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive HR team on a temporary assignment with a possibility to go to permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced HR role and wants to be part of a collaborative and well-structured team.

Cambridgeshire (On-site flexibility may be considered longer-term)
Immediate Start 
£17.95 per hour 

The Role Reporting into the Head of HR, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Coordinating recruitment processes and system set-ups
  • Managing the shared HR in box (first point of contact)
  • Supporting on boarding & compliance (references, DBS checks)
  • Assisting with employee benefits administration
  • Liaising with stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Providing general HR coordination and HR admin support

What They’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in an HR Coordinator (or similar) role
  • A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • A team player with a positive, supportive mindset
