The role:
  • Prepare, issue, and email sales invoices across the group
  • Send monthly statements and carry out credit control, including phone and written follow‑ups
  • Ensure payments are received within agreed terms and resolve customer queries
  • Download and input income transactions across various platforms
  • Process monthly sales 
  • Maintain petty cash
  • Produce invoice payment receipt forms
  • Keep financial process documentation up to date
  • Work to the month‑end deadlines

The successful person:
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and a working knowledge of cloud-based systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy
  • Approachable and a strong team player
