Culture and benefits

Why join Saffron Housing?

Saffron has an outstanding commitment to their employees. Here is what they say about working with them:

“We want the team at Saffron to be happy, empowered, motivated and feel proud to be part of the Saffron community. We know by having great people we can do a great job for our tenants.

We trust our staff to do the right thing and we are looking for people who share our values: PACE - professional, accountable, collaborative and evolving.

We believe two-way communication is key, so it’s not just about keeping our staff informed. We listen to them and deliver on what they tell us.

At Saffron, you will have the freedom to learn and grow. We are passionate about investing in our people, providing them with the skills they need now, and for their future aspirations. We do this by offering a blend of learning opportunities, including our innovative e-learning platform where learning is self-directed allowing people to learn what they want to learn, when they want to.

We work with and support our people to work in an agile way to provide flexibility as well as a work/life balance.

From application to interview, we place inclusion at the heart of all we do. We aspire to have a diverse workforce because we believe that diversity enables better business outcomes. We understand that by having a more inclusive workplace, where people of different backgrounds work together, and people feel able to be themselves, ensures better outcomes for everyone.”
